TACKLELAND will attempt to ship all in-stock orders within the shortest possible time. Occasionally, items may become temporarily unavailable and you will be notified via email of any backorders or delays in shipping your order.
All our orders are shipped out with insurance. Damaged claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier, and we must be notified to within 48 hours of receipt of damaged goods by you.

Oversized items such as Rods will be charged a $15.00 surcharge to cover the additional fees add for items 60” or more in length. The surcharge also covers the additional costs of carton boxes and packing materials required to ship fishing rods safely. If your order includes a 1-piece fishing rod, please choose the Fishing Rod Shipping Option when checking out.
Tackleland does not charge any customs duties on international shipments, but you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
We will replace goods that are faulty. Please contact us prior to any returns at email@example.com within 7 working days of its receipt.
Refund for any authorized return other than damaged or error on our part will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee to off-set handling and banking costs. Shipment charges are not refundable on any goods that are returned. If you request for exchange, we will only replace you the new item upon receipt of your returned unit and the replacement shipping charges.
All returns must be intact goods in their packing of origin accompanied by their possible accessories, notes, instruction manuals and all shipping charges prepaid. All replacement items are not subject to further exchange or refund.
We reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which :-
1) Used items;
2) Special Orders;
3) Discounted and bargain items;
4) Items purchased over 30 days from date of shipment;
